A message was left with Mr. York on 4-30-2013, concerning the debris blocking the culvert at 124, formerly Fritz property. This was a result of the torrential rains on April 27 and 28, 2013. The culvert was cleared on 5-2-2013.

Ben Worley, Project Manager for the demolitions, was asked about the standing water on the properties at 117 and 119. He replied that this has been the pattern on previous demos until the grass begins to grow. Standing water on those properties did dissipate.
