“I just got the news that the city will pick up after a payment.”
The city communicated to Ann:
“As soon as we receive his payment, we will
complete the service. If we don’t receive payment before 3:30 p.m. tomorrow, we
will collect this brush on Monday, June 27, 2016.”
The City contacted Mr. Hall on 6-23-16 and explained his
requirements and consequences.
